Please do not hesitate to call (423) 478-8827 when any problem arises or when we can be of assistance. With our phone system, we cannot transfer calls to classrooms, but we will take a message, and your call will be returned as soon as possible. All of our teachers have an email address that you can easily access at our school’s website at wces.bradleyschools.org. On the website, choose About Us and click on Staff Directory.

CHANGE OF ADDRESS OR CONTACT INFORMATION

The school must have a correct home address and at least two telephone numbers where parents or emergency contacts can be reached in case of an emergency. Please notify the school office in person or in writing if any changes occur.

If changes occur as to who can or cannot check your child out of school, the parent or legal guardian must come to the office, in person, to make any changes.

EMERGENCY CONTACTS

If students become sick or hurt during the school day, parents may need to be called. We need accurate contact information at all times. Please keep your child’s teacher and office informed of any changes that occur in addresses, phone numbers and emergency contact persons.
