About Mrs. Edds
I am a wife and a mother to three wonderful children. Mr. Edds and I are very proud of the adults that they have become. Our oldest followed in her mother's foot steps and became a teacher. Our middle child works for Homeland security and our baby is an Art major at SCAD. We also have two grandchildren that we think hung the moon. I can't say that I have always wanted to be a teacher. I wanted to be a veterinarian when I was young but my severe allergies would not allow that. I went into management and quickly realized that I didn't want to manage adults. After the birth of my last child, I started working for a preschool and really found my passion for working with children. I decided to go back to college and get my teaching degree. I have since the taught fifth, fourth, third and second grad. I love teaching upper elementary but third grade is defiantly my favorite. I love teaching and being with my students every day. I could not imagine doing anything else.
